Melefsis Heather Honey & Orange Glazed Salmon

for 4 persons



  • 4 salmon fillets patted dry
  • 1 tbs olive oil


  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 8 tbs Melefsis Heather Honey
  • 4 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp grinded ginger


  • finely chopped chives
  • sesame seeds


To prepare the sauce, blend all the ingredients. Stir until well combined and set aside. Heat oil in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the first side of salmon generously with some glaze. Add the fish and sear for 3-4 minutes. Flip salmon, repeat with the glaze and sear for 2 another minutes. Remove the fillets from the pan, pour in the remaining sauce and cook until thickened. Cover the salmon with the glaze and garnish with chives and sesame. Serve with veggies and rice.
