What is honey?
Honey is the fragrant, sweet substance, collected by the bees from the plant’s nectar (flower honey) or by the secretions of the insects that feed on plants.

Characteristics
Every drop of honey tastes a little different than another one and this reflects the unending complexity in nature’s resources, as the kind of floral vegetation is what mostly determines its flavour and properties.
Our honey directly represents the characteristics of the floral indigenous to the geographical location we visit. From the mountains of Evia to the Aegean Islands, we only collect honey from land owned by our family or close friends, to ensure it is pollution and pesticide free.
Nutrition
Honey contains some of the most important nutritional elements in high concentration, such as:
