Roasted chickpeas with Melefsis Five Spice honey sauce

Ingredients:

  • 400gr boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs Melefsis five spice honey sauce

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 190°C. Drain and dry chickpeas with a paper towel. In bowl, whisk together the oil and sugar. Add the chickpeas and stir until they are well coated with the ingredients. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until chickpeas are crunchy. Place hot chickpeas in a bowl and drizzle them with Melefsis five spice honey sauce, so that they are evenly coated. Spread them back out on the baking sheet and allow to dry.
