Pine Honey

Pine trees are considered the most important beekeeping plants of Greece. Its honey is produced by the secretions of the insect Marchalina hellenica.

What is pine tree?

Pine trees are evergreen, coniferous, resinous trees with about 90 species worldwide. They are long-lived, with age from 100 to 1,000 years or more.

Produced in the mountains of Evia

Woody, slightly caramelized flavor with a malty, spicy aroma.

Pairs with: strong blue cheese, ice cream
