Lime Shrimp Skewers with Melefsis Curry & Saffron Infused Honey Sauce

Ingredients:
Marinade
- 2 limes juiced
- 2 tbs Melefsis Curry & Saffron Infused Honey Sauce
- 2 tbs extra- virgin olive oil
- 3 tbs red onion chopped
- 2 tbs chopped coriander
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Shrimps
- 700gr shrimps
- Skewers
Instructions:
To prepare the marinade, blend the ingredients to a food processor until they’re smooth.
Clean the shrimps by removing the shells and veins and toss them in marinade for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Skewer the shrimps, drizzle them both sides with a little bit of Melefsis Sauce and BBQ or grill them for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
